Orders and Shipping
We make every effort to get your orders processed and shipped as fast as possible! All orders should be placed by 10:00 AM for same day dispatch.
All “Delivery by” dates are estimates and not guaranteed.
Auspost is our preferred delivery method. Oversized items may be sent via a different courier company.
All shipping cost is based on item size and weight. Live shipping rates are displayed in your cart or during checkout.
To change the shipping address, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org no later than 2 hours after you have placed the order.
Upon the shipment of your order, an email will be sent to you containing the tracking number. This tracking number enables you to conveniently monitor your shipments online, providing you with real-time updates and a comprehensive overview of their progress.
Our transactions are processed in collaboration with a credit card vendor. All credit card information is handled and managed exclusively within their system. Please note that we do not have access to any credit card details within your account.
For a refund, you have the option to return most unopened items within 30 days of purchase.

Kindly ensure that the product remains in its original packaging and has NOT been opened. It is strongly recommended that you securely wrap the item and send it back via registered post.
