Orders and Shipping
We’ve made every effort to get your orders processed and shipped faster. 2-Day and Overnight orders should be placed by 10:00 AM for quickest delivery. Expedited orders placed after 10:00 AM will require an additional day for processing. All “Delivery by” dates are estimates and not guaranteed.
We partner with various shipping companies that offer daily live rates. The shipping rate changes everyday in order to provide shoppers the lowest rate and fastest shipping time.

To change the shipping address, please email us at email@example.com no later than 2 hours after you have placed the order.
Once the order has been shipped, you will receive an email containing the tracking number. You can easily track your shipments online at real-time and detailed progress of all of your shipments.
Any parcel weighing over 23 kg is classified as a heavy shipment by the official regulators. However, that doesn’t necessarily mean it will need to go on a pallet. Shipments under 70 kg can usually travel without one, although this varies depending on the region.
Items may be packed and shipped in separate boxes. It depends on how large is your order. Please leave a note during checkout on the special delivery instructions.
You may return most unopened items within 30 days of purchase for a refund. Unfortunately we can’t accept exchange of products at the moment.
Please ensure that the product is in its original packaging and unopened. We strongly advise you to send back the item securely wrapped and in a registered post.
